:Assembly Technician.As an Assembly Technician level 1, you will be assisting the FCV Business Unit manufacture products to conform with specifications, procedure, and certification requirement in assembly line. This includes assembly and testing of valves. This role does not limit only to assembly but also will include periodic maintenance, operating the workshop machineries like drilling, grinding etc, problem solving and reporting team with daily activities. You will be responsible to liase with the Manufacturing Engineer, Supervisors & Material Warehouse team.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Handle equipment\'s and tools with proper care and maintenance (1st level of maintenance)
Make recommendation to eliminate non-value add in the activities to bring the function under optimum lean conditions.
Detailed calibration knowledge to handle series-3 and ODV packages.
Must be skilled to operate the basic workshop machines like drilling, grinding etc.
Support assembly technicians to resolve daily production related issues.
Update production related issues on daily toolbox talk.
Timely update tool requirements, repair, and calibration needs.
Support special testing areas like AAA Clean, CV test and HP bunker.
Coordinate team to enhance 5s and safety improvement activities.
Support customer inspection schedules.
Work with paint shop people to ensure the paint touch-up activities in timely manner.

Eligible candidate should have a technical diploma/ degree or equivalent
