As an AMO Technician -Mechanic you will Test, assemble, disassemble and perform visual inspection of electro-mechanical assemblies. Assist in reworking, repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment. Compliance with HS&E policies and procedures.



As an AMO Technician -Mechanic, you will be responsible for:

• Performing maintenance and repairs of ESP equipment in accordance with operating specifications.
• Welding, painting , and refurbishing equipment routinely
• Conducting mechanical inspections.
• Using moderately complex diagnostic equipment.
• Reviewing procedures for assembly, disassembly and test verification accuracy.
• Configuring test stations and systems.
• Facilitating third-party repair of equipment when required.
• Analyzing and interpreting data from environmental tests and trouble shoot equipment problems.
• Maintaining records. Scheduling maintenance of equipment Maintaining equipment records and filing systems as part of quality control and assurance programs.
• Performing Inspection and disposition of parts and equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with HSE&Q policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Highschool Diploma, College Degree or Engineering Degree is an advantage.
• Have 2-4 years experience in workshop environment
• Have Certifications preferred but not required: A/C certification, electrical maintenance, Stationary Engineer.
• Have some electrical experience on 3 PH480and single PH 120v.
• Be proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints and parts lists and follow formal procedures and maintenance practices.
• Have expertise on hydraulic and electrical circuits and ability to troubleshoot faults.
• Be proficient in the use of multimeters, megohmmeters, hi-pot testers and other basic measuring instruments.
• Have advanced level of analytical ability to find solutions to complex technical problems.
• Have advanced computer skills.
