Job Description
Our client, who is a known name in the Art & Culture space in the region, is looking to fill an Associate Director - Partnerships position with a focus on partnerships, enterprises and operations.Responsibilities:- Lead on partnerships, venue hire and sponsorships
- Oversee and manage teams devoted to operations, facilities, IT and administration
- Devise and run budgets with the finance team, ensures fiscal probity and strives to increase efficiency
- Liaising closely in decision-making and setting SOPs with local legal counsel and global/local finance teams and oversees the tracking and filing of legal documents
- Contribute to sustainability strategy and lead on dynamic operational initiatives
- As a member of the senior leadership team, actively promote and integrate the continuous improvement principles into the organisation\'s operational practices
- Work with counterparts in the global leadership team to encourage and facilitate collaborative, cross-country practices and systems
- Support the Director in presenting organizational updates and reports to the BoardRequirements:- 8+ years of experience in partnerships or sponsorship related revenue generating roles
- Venue hire experience is preferred
- 2+ years working in a leadership role
