Job Information


  • Coordinate with the supplier the corrective and preventive maintenance of the office and facilities
  • Support in estimating costs of designs, equipment, installation, labor, among other related items.
  • Process and track management purchase orders, expense reports.
  • Monitoring of reports, protocols and certificates issued by the supplier for the operation and operation of the offices
  • Manage the hiring of maintenance personnel
  • Coordinate reservations for the various rooms in the office and building, as well as catering when necessary
  • Control and manage parking assignment
  • Manage with the municipality the collection of inorganic waste
  • Buy supplies to supply the kitchenette
  • Coordinate national and international trips if required
  • Provide building administrative support in all aspects of daily operations

Job Requirements

  • Technical degree in administration or related fields
  • 1 year experience developing similar functions
  • Excel at intermediate level
  • Availability and willingness to work in person
