Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Artist (Florist/Event Decorator). The Artist will be responsible for creating floral arrangements and decorations for various events and venues. They will collaborate with clients and team members to understand their vision and execute it through creative and unique designs. The Artist will also handle the setup, installation, and removal of decorations for events.

Proficiency in floral design and event decoration
Creativity and artistic skills
Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and decorations
Attention to detail and ability to work within budget constraints
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and team members
Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and carrying heavy objects
Experience in the hospitality or event industry is a plus
Degree or certification in floral design or related field is preferred
