Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Art Director to lead our creative team and elevate our brands' visual identity. This role requires a deep understanding of luxury branding, consumer aesthetics and a passion for creating stunning, high-end visuals.

As an Art Director, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing creative strategies that enhance brand perception and drive engagement. Your expertise in branding, packaging, marketing campaigns and digital content will play a crucial role in shaping the company's identity.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development and social media, to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

- Creative Strategy & Brand Development

- Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, packaging, advertising campaigns and promotional materials.

- Define and maintain the brand's visual identity across all platforms, ensuring a cohesive luxury aesthetic.

- Oversee the development of high-end, engaging content for print, digital and social media marketing.

Content Creation & Execution:
- Direct and oversee the creation of visual storytelling, including photography, videography and digital media.

- Lead and guide graphic designers, photographers and videographers to produce best-in-class creative content.

- Ensure all creative materials align with industry trends, brand guidelines and target audience expectations.

Campaign Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop impactful campaigns that resonate with consumers.

- Oversee photo shoots, video productions and influencer collaborations to ensure premium-quality visuals.

- Review and approve final designs, layouts and creative assets before launch.

Trend Research & Innovation:
- Stay updated on the latest branding trends.

- Identify new creative opportunities to position the brand as a leader in the market.

- Integrate cutting-edge design techniques and technology to enhance visual storytelling.

Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor and inspire a team of designers, photographers and content creators.

- Provide clear direction, constructive feedback and ensure work aligns with the company's vision.

- Manage creative projects from concept to execution, meeting deadlines and brand standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience in art direction.

- Strong understanding of luxury branding and high-end consumer preferences.

- Ability to transform business objectives into impactful visual narratives.

- Expertise in graphic design, photography direction, videography and visual storytelling.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, 3D design tools, etc..).

- A proven track record showcasing innovative branding, packaging and marketing campaigns.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
