Lead, inspire and support the creative team in the development and execution of projects, ensuring creative output is consistent and high-quality across the region.
Oversee and help in the execution of social media & digital content creation while ensuring social best practices and platform specific features are followed across.
Conceptualization and execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment with regional market trends and consumer insights.
Collaborate with the Creative Director to refine creative strategies, with a focus on regional market dynamics and opportunities for innovation.
Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for projects spanning multiple markets, maintaining strict adherence to deadlines and brand standards.
Implement efficient workflow processes to enhance team productivity and facilitate seamless collaboration across regional projects.
Conduct reviews of creative outputs, offering guidance and feedback to ensure work is culturally relevant and aligned with market-specific brand guidelines.
Cultivate a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting professional growth and cross-market understanding.
Experience Required:
Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field is preferred.
At least 6 years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a proven track record of managing projects across multiple markets in an advertising agency environment.
Expertise in design principles, brand strategy, and creative conceptualization with a deep understanding of the region.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Primarily Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects) and other design tools.
Deep understanding of Gen-AI and emerging tech and tools.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects across different markets simultaneously.
Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience in guiding and motivating a diverse creative team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adept at working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
A compelling portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects, with emphasis on work that spans across different cultures and markets.
