We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the grease and lube industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales across the MENA, CIS, Asia, and Africa regions. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in driving international sales growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve international sales targets. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the MENA, CIS, Asia, and Africa markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, and partners. Negotiate contracts and agreements with international customers and distributors. Provide market insights, competitive analysis, and feedback to enhance product offerings and sales strategies. Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans. Monitor and report on sales performance against targets, making adjustments as necessary to achieve objectives. Travel internationally to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and conduct business development activities as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as an Export Sales Manager or similar role in the grease and lube industry. Extensive knowledge of international sales practices, regulations, and market dynamics in MENA, CIS, Asia, and Africa. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to travel frequently and work effectively in a multicultural environment. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
