Ansell is looking for Area Sales Manager to join our team in Morocco. In this position you will play a vital role in planning, directing, controlling, and coordinating of the sales activities relating to the Ansell Industrial Products in the territory of North Africa.

What your role will be? Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will have the opportunity to: Be responsible for meeting and exceeding all budgeted sales and profit goals without exceeding the approved selling expense budget Identify & explore potential Ansell business opportunities by conducting feasibility studies, monitoring the market and presenting the findings Help to develop the relevant inputs for the preparation of strategic, operational and financial plans Maintain a continuous relationship with important distributors and responsible to develop and grow assigned key account business Identify all significant changes in the market that have an effect on Ansell's competitive position; presents proposals for changes Provide leadership and direction to the Territory Sales (TSM) Team by formulating and adapting the overall sales approach, strategy and KPIs and monitor performance Support the implementation of local marketing/communication activities in line with Ansell business strategy Undertake any other assigned projects of which relate to the overall performance and effectiveness of strategy, under the direction of the Regional Sales Leadership. Ensure data accuracy of information captured in the SFDC by team
What will you bring to Ansell?
Demonstrated Sales and Marketing Experience in North African countries in a leadership role Proven record of selling through end-users and distributors Know-how to utilise CRM system Proactive, energetic problem solver with excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong understanding of Profit & Loss accounting and budgeting Experience working in a matrix organisation is advantageous Languages: Fluent English, French & Arabic (written & spoken) This role requires frequent domestic/ interstate travel with occasional out of hours' conference calls to collaborate cross time zones.
