Area Sales Manager
to expand our existing market and strengthen our presence in UAE dynamic market
Job Summary:
This is a full-time remote role for an Area Sales Manager at Q Ceramic. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads as necessary to fill the sales pipeline.
Utilize leads lists and initiate outbound communication with qualified leads.
Research on client needs, business trends, competition, and market dynamics.
Offer the company services in the most presentable manner and educate. Prospective clients about the company services portfolio.
Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.
Identify and research potential clients.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of sales experience in the Porcelain tile industry in UAE.
3+ Years' experience as a sales manager.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
