Mission & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for controlling distribution, delivering net revenue and profits, and brand objectives with designated distributors in Turkey. You will lead the joint business plans that create value with our partners by developing Coty brands in the market via leveraging in-store excellence, marketing, and trade marketing plans, ensuring distributor collaboration and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver volume, net revenue, and market share objectives in assigned Region. Develop a Joint Business Plan with each distributor, including business objectives, a trade marketing plan, and success metrics, to create a strong relationship at the account and a point of difference vs. the competition. Deliver expectations of initiatives and key business priorities as identified in the GTM strategy. Manage budgets with discipline and Company guidelines and deliver financial stewardship through trade terms. Develop the distributor organization to meet current and future business needs. Regularly assess sales competencies by Area and/or Region to focus on Capability objectives and measure skill growth.
Qualification & Experience
At least five years of experience in a Regional Sales Manager or similar role in FMCG Experience working with multiple distributors in Turkey. Proven track record of managing budgets and P&L Experience managing multiple sales channels such as department stores, perfumeries, hyper/supermarkets, etc. Strategic thinking and strong negotiation skills Fluent in Turkish and English languages. University degree in Business Willingness to travel 50% of time.
