Job Overview: As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets within a designated geographic area. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction for products which include Fabric Aluminium Profiles, Led Modules, Curtain Leds, Rigid Bars, LPG Acrylic Sheets, Double Sided Tape and many more. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in sales management. Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to optimize their performance and achieve sales objectives. \xc2\xb7 Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets, identify growth opportunities, and maximize revenue. \xc2\xb7 Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive activities, and customer needs, and adjust sales strategies accordingly. \xc2\xb7 Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their requirements, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. \xc2\xb7 Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, generate regular reports to evaluate team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. \xc2\xb7 Training and Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. \xc2\xb7 Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets. \xc2\xb7 Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall business objectives. \xc2\xb7 Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, including ethical standards and legal requirements. \xc2\xb7 Forecasting: Forecast sales projections accurately based on market trends, customer demand, and historical data to support business planning and decision-making Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Bachelors degree/ masters degree in arts or electrical engineering. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. \xc2\xb7 Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and having a go getter attitude. \xc2\xb7 Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data and make sound business decisions. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite. \xc2\xb7 Willingness to travel within the designated area as required.
