Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Sharjah for a Field Sales Manager. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all sales activities within the designated region. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The Field Sales Manager will also be responsible for providing market intelligence and feedback to the management team. Requirements 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales in the wheat flour industry. 2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships. 3. Strong understanding of the bakery industry, including knowledge of flour types, baking processes, and market dynamics. 4. Possession of a valid local driving license (manual) and willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory. 5. Existing client base within the bakery sector is highly desirable. 6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 7. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. 8. Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
