Job description Responsibilities:

Observe and analyze market, competitors, and customers. Ensure the quality of market data and trends. Maintain the sales database up-to-date (Salesforce responsibility - Qualitative/Quantitative). Communicate market demands to the product portfolio team at Headquarters. Develop marketing concepts, business plans, and strategies. Launch the product portfolio in the market. Update market data in the MI tool. Prepare customer acquisition materials and presentations. Define project setup and winning strategies. Contribute to unit order intake and gross profit targets. Ensure compliance with QA procedures, statutory, regulatory, and EHS requirements. Adhere to Compliance and Business Conduct Guidelines. Work and act as a team player with a constant sense of mutual support. Identify business opportunities and sales channels. Identify potential customers and understand their order placement strategies and decision-making processes. Prepare feasibility studies for Go/No Go decisions. Determine the market price or budget price for specific bids/projects. Prepare pre-qualification documents. Document and decide on Bid/No Bid together with the tendering management. Prepare customers and market strategy for the Saudi Arabian market. Define and implement project winning strategies. Determine the target price for specific bids/projects. Support and coordinate technical clarification of bids with tendering management until order placement. Coordinate contract negotiations up to order signing. Prepare stakeholder analysis. Conduct Win/Loss analysis with tendering management support. Advise and support the tendering department during the offer preparation phase. Requirements/Qualifications:

3-7 years of experience as a Sales Manager in Saudi Arabia with a well-established contact base, especially within Saudi Arabia Utilities and End Customers. At least 3 years of experience in Sales and Business Development of High Voltage Substations Services with a proven track record of overachieving targets. Preferred Engineering degree (Electrical). Experience in functional management of teams. Experience in stakeholder management in Services Business.

Work experience Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 8 years

Must-have qualifications Experience as a Sales Manager in Saudi Arabia At least 3 years of experience in Sales and Business Development of High Voltage Substations Services Engineering degree (Electrical).
