We are looking for an experienced Area Manager with a strong background in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and fast food. The role involves managing multiple restaurant locations, ensuring smooth daily operations, and driving business performance in Djibouti. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of multiple QSR and fast food restaurants Maintain high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness Implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction Lead, train, and motivate restaurant managers and staff Monitor inventory, staffing, and budgets Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations Must be willing to relocate to Djibouti Requirements: Strong experience in the QSR or fast food industry Proven leadership skills with experience managing multiple locations Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and solve operational issues Willingness to relocate to Djibouti Please send your resume/CV
