Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and results-driven

Area Managers

to oversee multiple projects across the UAE. The ideal candidates must have a strong background in construction, technical expertise, and the ability to manage

5 to 6 projects simultaneously

. Proficiency in Arabic is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage multiple

fit-out and construction projects

efficiently. Ensure projects are executed within timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support. Lead negotiations, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Enforce compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

Language:

Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.

Experience:

Minimum

5 years of UAE experience

in construction project management.

Industry Expertise:

Strong background in

fit-out projects

preferred.

Technical Skills:

Must be technically qualified in construction. Candidates with

Project Manager or Quantity Surveyor (QS) experience

will have an added advantage.

Leadership & Negotiation:

Strong

convincing and commanding abilities

to lead teams and close deals.

Education:

B.Tech

in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.

Pay: AED16,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
