Job Opportunity: Area Manager (Aesthetics Background Required)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to join our team. This position is critical for managing and optimizing the operations and performance of multiple locations across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the aesthetics industry, demonstrating leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned locations, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Lead and motivate teams, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Aesthetics industry in the UAE (required).
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Arabic nationality is preferred for this role.
• With Valid UAE driving license.
