Position: Area Manager (For retail)Client Overview: One of the Leading Courier, Money Remittance and Courier Service Providers in the APAC and MENA region Benefits: standard as per labor law + car and petrol allowance after 6 months + yearly bonuses Timings: 6 working days, 1 off day (Sunday)Key Prequisite: - Must have 10 years of relevant work experiences. Job responsibilities: - Implement and monitor all Customer Service Standards of the Company and ensure implementation of internal and external customer satisfaction requirements. - Plan, direct and monitor the activities of sales teams in the area to achieve established sales targets, ensuring cooperation and coordination within the team and with corporate accounts associates. - Implements, monitors and sustains all training development programs for teams mandated by the company. - Properly monitor and maintain inventories of adequate level and physical condition of all company assets displayed by corporate clients and agents. - Ensures monitoring, requests and maintenance of equipment and resources critical to day-to-day operations such as computers, scanners and printers, warehouses, vehicles etc. - Ensures warehouse requirements of corporate clients are met and compliant to government regulations. - Monitors ARs, daily deposit activity, ensuring all cash sales and peoples money are accounted. - Conduct spot to store agents when deemed necessary. - Drives the companys core values (Customer First, Commitment, Trust, Teamwork, Positive Thinking, Innovative, Integrity, Humility, Social Responsibility); operate and put all these values to work each day. - Performs other duties that may be assigned by the immediate leader provided the relevant and necessary orientation or training is carried out. - Report progress and weekly/monthly initiatives to upper management. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in a 4 years Business Management course. - At least 4 years of working experience handling operations. - Excellent verbal communication and written skills. - Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment - Willing to train, coach, supervise and motivate the team.
