Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their moving needs and providing updates throughout the process.
• Organize and schedule moving operations, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to secure necessary resources and services.
• Prepare and manage all required documentation, including contracts, inventory lists, and customs paperwork for international moves.
• Monitor the quality of services provided, ensuring adherence to company standards and client expectations.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the moving process.
Qualifications and Skills:
• A minimum of 1 year in moving coordination or a related field is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
