With cuisines spanning American, Indian, Emirati, and Italian, , they are seeking a talented and experienced Area Chef to oversee the culinary excellence of our multi-brand portfolio and ensure adherence to quality standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Oversee the culinary operations across multiple restaurant brands, ensuring consistency in quality, presentation, and taste.
Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control processes to maintain high standards in all kitchen operations.
SOP Management: Create, monitor, and enforce kitchen SOPs to optimize efficiency and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Menu Consistency: Collaborate with brand chefs to maintain authenticity and innovation in American, Indian, Emirati, and Italian cuisine offerings.
Team Development: Train, mentor, and manage kitchen teams across various outlets to enhance their skills and performance.
Cost Management: Monitor inventory levels, reduce wastage, and ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising quality.
Innovation: Stay updated on culinary trends and introduce menu enhancements that resonate with our diverse customer base.
Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and management teams to align culinary goals with business objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef in the UAE
Expertise in a range of cuisines
Strong understanding of kitchen operations, inventory management, and cost control.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and inspire diverse teams.
Familiarity with HACCP and other food safety standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
A culinary degree or equivalent professional training is preferred.
