Key Responsibilities:
1. Document Control:
o Maintain and oversee the organization's document management system.
o Ensure proper filing, version control, and indexing of all documents (both physical and digital).
o Manage document classification, review, and approval workflows.
o Coordinate with departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date documenta on.
o Facilitate document retrieval and ensure proper archival of records.
2. E-Archiving:
o Implement and maintain e-archiving solutions for storing digital documents and records.
o Ensure proper categorize on and tagging of documents for easy search and retrieval in electronic archives.
o Establish long-term storage solutions for electronic records, ensuring they are backed up and accessible.
o Ensure compliance with data protection and legal requirements for electronic records storage.
3. Compliance & Quality Control:
o Maintain document control procedures and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
o Perform regular audits on document management practices to ensure proper document lifecycle management.
o Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents and information.
4. Collaboration & Communication:
o Collaborate with project teams, departments, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth document flow and control.
o Provide training and guidance on document management and e-archiving systems to staff members.
o Assist with the development of document management policies and procedures.
5. Technology Integration:
o Work with IT teams to integrate and opmize document management systems (DMS) and e-archiving tools.
o Stay updated with new document control and e-archiving technologies and recommend improvements or upgrades.
6. Reporting & Documentation:
o Maintain accurate records of document management activities and generate reports as needed.
o Create and maintain detailed logs for all documentation transactions and movements.
Qualifications & Skills:
? Education: Bachelor's degree in information management, Business Administra on, or related field.
? Experience:
o Minimum 3-5 years of experience in document control, with a focus on e-archiving.
o Experience with document management systems (DMS) and electronic archiving solutions.
o Familiarity with ISO, legal, and regulatory requirements for document management.
? Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Experience with document management software (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum, OpenText).
o Knowledge of cloud-based storage solutions and electronic archiving tools.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
