Our client is seeking an experienced Architectural QA/QC Engineer to ensure that architectural works, including finishes, materials, and design elements, align with project specifications, quality standards, and aesthetic goals.Quality Assurance and Inspections:
- Inspect architectural finishes such as flooring, ceilings, wall cladding, and joinery to ensure they comply with approved designs.
- Confirm that materials and workmanship adhere to project quality standards.
Testing and Evaluation:
- Perform tests on materials like paint quality, tile bonding, and glass performance.
- Identify any discrepancies or non-compliance issues and suggest corrective actions.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Keep detailed records of inspections, material submissions, and quality control processes.
- Provide regular progress updates to the Senior Architectural Engineer.
Compliance and Coordination:
- Ensure that all architectural work meets safety, quality, and design regulations.
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to address and resolve any non-compliance issues.Requirements- A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural QA/QC positions.
- Expertise in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural QA/QC tools.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and installation techniques.
- Proficiency in reviewing and verifying shop drawings and technical specifications.
