Position: Architectural Inspector ( Immediate Joiner )
Location: Sharjah
Type: 24 MONTHS CONTRACT

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Architectural Inspector with a strong background in airport construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in architectural inspection, focusing on compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements specific to airport facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect architectural elements of airport construction projects to ensure compliance with design plans, codes, and standards.
• Review and verify construction documents, drawings, and specifications related to airport facilities.
• Monitor and document the progress of construction work, ensuring that all aspects adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to address and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Conduct site visits and inspections, providing detailed reports and recommendations for corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure adherence to relevant airport regulations, including security, accessibility, and environmental standards.
• Review and approve contractor submittals, change orders, and as-built drawings related to airport projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an architectural inspector with a focus on airport or similar large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and regulations specific to airport facilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., ICC certifications) preferred.
• Familiarity with airport operations and security procedures is highly desirable.
