Job Description

We are seeking experienced ARCHITECTURAL FACADE BIM Modelers to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum 5 YEARS of relevant experience in the field. We are specifically looking for candidates who can join us immediately .

Responsibilities:

• Model Creation : Developing detailed 3D models of architectural facades using BIM software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD) based on architectural drawings and specifications.
• Coordination : Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the facade design aligns with overall building design and requirements.
• Detailing and Documentation : Adding intricate details to the facade model, including materials, textures, finishes, and components. Creating documentation such as drawings and schedules derived from the BIM model.
• Clash Detection : Conducting clash detection analyses to identify and resolve conflicts between facade elements and other building systems (e.g., structure, MEP).
• Parametric Modeling : Utilizing parametric modeling techniques to create flexible and adjustable facade components that respond to design changes and variations.
• Quality Assurance : Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and quality of the facade BIM model and associated documentation.
• Model Maintenance and Updates : Managing updates and revisions to the facade model throughout the design and construction phases to reflect changes and improvements.
• Visualization and Rendering : Generating visualizations and renderings of the facade to communicate design intent and facilitate client and stakeholder reviews.
• Knowledge of Codes and Standards : Applying knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards relevant to architectural facades in the development of BIM models.
• Integration with Other Disciplines : Coordinating the facade model with other BIM models (e.g., structural, MEP) to ensure seamless integration and performance of the entire building system.
• Training and Support : Providing training and support to project team members on BIM modeling techniques and tools related to architectural facades.
• Innovation and Optimization : Researching and implementing innovative BIM methodologies and technologies to optimize facade design, construction, and performance.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
