Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ARCHITECTURAL FACADE Draughtsman to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the field. We are specifically looking for candidates who can join us immediately .

• Technical Drawings : Creating detailed technical drawings and plans for building facades based on architectural designs and specifications.
• CAD Software Proficiency : Using computer-aided design (CAD) software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) to draft and revise drawings accurately and efficiently.
• Material Selection : Recommending suitable materials for facade construction based on factors such as durability, aesthetic appeal, and cost-effectiveness.
• Detailing : Developing detailed drawings that include dimensions, materials, construction methods, and other relevant specifications necessary for construction and installation.
• Coordination : Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that facade designs meet functional and aesthetic requirements as well as building codes and regulations.
• Documentation : Maintaining accurate records of drawings, revisions, and other project-related documents.
• Quality Control : Reviewing drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with design standards and project requirements.
• Site Visits : Occasionally visiting construction sites to assess progress, resolve design issues, and provide technical support as needed.
• Continuous Learning : Staying updated with industry trends, new materials, and advancements in facade design and construction techniques.
• Communication : Effectively communicating with team members and clients to understand project goals, provide updates, and address any concerns related to facade design and drafting.

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
