Architectural Engineer - Dubai (Arab Nationals Only)

Our leading engineering consultancy in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled Architectural Engineer to join our growing team. We are looking for a UAE national or Arab expatriate with an exceptional academic and professional background.

The ideal candidate must possess the following core qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from a reputable government university

- Comprehensive understanding of Dubai Municipality's approval processes and procedures - this is a critical requirement

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working in engineering consultancy firms in Dubai

- Proven track record of designing innovative and functional villas

- Proficiency in utilizing industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills

- Willingness to be based in the prestigious Silicon Oasis area of Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with clients to translate their requirements into cutting-edge architectural designs

- Manage all phases of the design process, from concept to final approval by the relevant Dubai authorities

- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and building regulations in Dubai
