Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and manage product installations.
• Develop material and construction specifications, and attend coordination meetings.
• Oversee safety aspects of project, including daily contractor safety meetings.
• Coordinate with contractors, laborers and other project stakeholders.
• Maintain and update materials, equipment, and construction plans.
• Track project budgets and monitor expenditure against budget.
• Perform quality control inspections.
• Manage construction projects in compliance with established codes, standards, and regulations.
• Perform inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications..
• Develop project budgets
• Plan and oversee construction and/or remodeling activities.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.
• 5 years of Proven working experience as an architectural designer or architectural engineer.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
• Excellent portfolio of previous works.
• Attention to details.
• Artistic ability, vision and creativity.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Project and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
