Architectural Engineer
Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Experience In a Similar Role 2 To 5 Years In UAE.
Proven experience as an Architect Engineer or similar role in the architecture industry.
Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
Develop creative and innovative design concepts that meet client goals and project requirements.
Ability to handle residential, retail, and commercial drawings.
Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and regulations.
Prepare and present design proposals, including drawings, models, and renderings.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Professional licensure or certification as an Architect Engineer is preferred.
