Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

detailed architectural drawings

, plans, and layouts using AutoCAD and other drafting software. Interpret

architectural and engineering designs

to create technical drawings. Ensure that all drawings comply with

local authority regulations

and project specifications. Work closely with

architects, engineers, and project managers

to finalize design details. Revise drawings based on feedback and

design changes

. Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other teams to

avoid design conflicts

. Maintain an

organized database

of drawings and project documentation. Assist in preparing

shop drawings, as-built drawings, and presentation plans

. Conduct site visits to ensure that designs are being implemented correctly.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in

Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field

. Minimum

5 years of experience

in architectural drafting within the construction industry in the UAE. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software

. Strong knowledge of

UAE building codes and regulations

. Experience in

preparing shop drawings and coordination drawings

. Excellent attention to detail and ability to

work under tight deadlines

. Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of

BIM (Building Information Modeling)

is an advantage. Experience working with

main contractors in the UAE

. Understanding of

construction methods and materials

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
