Architectural Draftsman

with expertise in

Revit

, alongside experience in preparing and submitting drawings for authority approvals in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Technical Drawings in Revit:

Develop accurate and detailed architectural and structural drawings using

Revit

, ensuring compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and BIM standards.

Authority Submissions:

Manage the preparation and submission of drawings to various Dubai authorities, including but not limited to

Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Development Authority (DDA), Trakhees, and RTA

.

Coordinate with Design Teams:

Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure all Revit models and drawings align with project requirements and assist in the approval processes.

Stay Updated on Regulations:

Keep up to date with local authority regulations, codes, and submission requirements, ensuring all Revit models and drawings meet current standards.

Revise Drawings as Needed:

Incorporate feedback from authorities and internal teams, making necessary adjustments to Revit models and drawings to secure timely approvals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

Minimum of

2 years

as a draftsman/architect, with hands-on experience using

Revit

for authority submissions and project development.

Proficiency in Revit:

Strong command of

Revit

, including

BIM

workflows, and the ability to produce detailed technical drawings and 3D models.

Knowledge of Authority Regulations:

Understanding of the approval processes and requirements for

DM, DDA, Trakhees, RTA

, and other local authorities.

Attention to Detail:

High level of accuracy and precision in creating Revit models and drawings for authority approval.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication in

English

(Arabic proficiency is a plus).

Education:

Diploma or degree in

Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
