• Create detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, using computer-aided design (CAD) software or traditional drafting techniques.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to develop design concepts and translate them into accurate drawings.
• Ensure that drawings comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.
• Review and revise drawings as necessary to address feedback from project stakeholders and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawing sets, specifications, and records of revisions.
• Assist with site surveys and field measurements as needed to support project development and construction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, software updates, and best practices related to architectural drafting.

• Diploma or degree in architecture, drafting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD or Revit.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting technical drawings.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in architectural drafting or a related field is preferred but not required.
