Architectural Draftsman (fitout)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings for consultant approval and contracting.
• Create architectural drawings, primarily joinery and interior fit-out, for authority approval.
• Communicate with designers and engineers, incorporating their feedback into drawings.
• Perform calculations for materials and weight limitations.
• Produce detailed shop drawings based on concept designs.
• Interpret and translate design concepts into technical drawings with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architectural draftsman.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with REVIT is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to join immediately is a big plus.
• Candidates should be available in Dubai.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
