Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for an Architectural Draftsman to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed architectural and structural drawings for residential and commercial projects based on initial concepts and specifications.
• Prepare layouts, sections, and elevations using CAD software, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Work closely with architects, designers, and engineers to understand design intent and incorporate necessary changes.
• Update drawings based on feedback and adjustments.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation for easy access and updates.
• Assist in tracking project progress to ensure timely completion of drafts according to project timelines.
• Conduct regular reviews of drawings to identify and correct any inconsistencies or errors.

Requirements and skills:

• Proven work experience as a Draftsman or similar role;
• Bachelor's degree in drafting, engineering, or a related field;
• Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software;
• Ability to meet deadlines.
