Architectural Draftsman

Location: Dubai Creek Harbour

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architectural Draftsman to join our growing team who have knowledge in Facade, Landscape and external MEP, Signage coordination . You will be responsible for creating technical drawings and documentation for a variety of architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Prepare construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Review and revise drawings as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices.
• Contribute to the overall success of architectural projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architectural draftsman.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp).
• Strong understanding of architectural drafting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Must have a bachelor degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering.
• Must have prior experience of working in UAE in high rise building projects.
• Must be available to join immediately.

Note: Only with experience as Architectural Draftsman in CONTRACTOR side will be shortlisted.
