We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Draftsman/Designer to join our dynamic team at Eamar Al Emarate Eng. Consultant, a well-established Engineering Consultancy firm in Sharjah. If you have a passion for architectural design, a keen eye for detail, and over 5 years of experience in the field, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and designs using AutoCAD, Sketchup ,3Ds max, Lumion and other design softwares.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop design concepts and ensure accuracy in execution.
Produce construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
Review and revise drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
Maintain organized project files and documentation.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman/Designer, preferably within an engineering consultancy in the UAE.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup ,3Ds max, Lumion and other design softwares.
Strong knowledge of architectural drafting standards and construction practices.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations is a plus.
