Position: Jr. Architectural Draftsman

Al Ain Consulting Engineers is a leading engineering consultancy known for its commitment to quality and innovation. We are currently seeking Architectural Draftsmen to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Requirements:

• Educational Backgroun d: Associate's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
• Experience: With at least 2 years of experience in Architectural Drafting
• Technical Skill: Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and design
• Technical Skill: Knowledge of Revit for creating and modifying architectural models.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Drafting and Design

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD and Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details according to architectural designs and specifications.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to gather project requirements and incorporate feedback into designs.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment with project goals.

Quality Control:

• Review and check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with building codes, regulations, and project standards.
• Ensure that all drafts meet quality standards and are free of errors before submission.

Documentation:

• Organize and manage digital and physical drawing files, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
• Maintain a systematic filing system for project documentation and reference materials.
