Job Description
Architectural Draftsman with 4+years of experience in UAE with below requirements: \xc2\xb7 Holding a diploma in civil engineering or equivalent / relevant field. \xc2\xb7 Fluent in English. \xc2\xb7 Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details. \xc2\xb7 Able to execute Architectural drawings: Plans, sections, elevations, and details. \xc2\xb7 Produce proposals such as flooring proposal, ceiling proposals etc. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate Architectural design drawings with MEP & Structural services and detect clashes. \xc2\xb7 Able to work independently to solve architectural & MEP conflicts if required. \xc2\xb7 Interior and Exterior 3D Visualisation using 3ds Max,Sketchup, Lumion etc \xc2\xb7 Perform multi-tasking activities \xc2\xb7 Ability to manage strict deadlines All qualified and interested candidates shall send their CV\xe2\x80\x99s to following Careers@elrace.com Job Type: Full-time
