Key Responsibilities:

Create precise 2D drawings and 3D models based on architectural designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, Lumion, or similar tools
Convert conceptual sketches, hand-drawing plans, and design specifications into comprehensive architectural drawings and models, adhering to industry standards and project requirements.

Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details that accurately depict the spatial layout, dimensions, materials, and structural components of buildings and structures.
Generate photorealistic 3D renderings and visualizations to illustrate proposed architectural designs, showcasing interior and exterior views.
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, interior designers, and other stakeholders to integrate design inputs, address design challenges, and ensure alignment with project objectives and specifications.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including drawing sets, design revisions, and as-built drawings, to support project management, construction, and regulatory compliance

Key Qualifications:

Must have 5-10 years of experience with previous experience in UAE
Previous experience with Developers or consultants preferred
Diploma or bachelors degree in architecture or related field
Must be proficient in Auto Cad, 3D max, Photoshop, Sketchup, Revit, Lumion, Microsoft office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
