Job Title: Architect with Parametric, Fit-Out, and Design-Build Project Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with a strong background in parametric design, fit-out projects, and design-build methodologies. This role requires a creative visionary who can seamlessly integrate design and functionality, leading projects from inception to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee architectural designs using parametric modeling tools and techniques.

- Lead fit-out projects, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to client specifications.

- Manage design-build projects, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors to deliver outstanding results.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into innovative and functional design solutions.

- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

- Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve project outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architecture, with a focus on parametric design, fit-out, and design-build projects.

- Proficiency in parametric modeling software such as Rhino, Grasshopper, and Revit.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems.

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.

- Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving abilities.

- Professional licensure or certification is a plus.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
