Job Description

This is a full-time office cum site role for an Architectural Engineer. The Architectural Engineer will be responsible for tasks such as architecture design, project management, 2D and 3D, coordination and teamwork to ensure successful project completion.

Key Accountabilities

Must have Minimum 5+ years of Dubai experience in designing architectural plans and perspectives, following the building requirements and laws of the Dhabi, dealing with all the authorities including Dubai municipality, DDA, Trakhees, DEWA, RTA, Civil Defense, Nakheel, DCM and managing the authority portals and submissions.

Hands on experience in handling Villa projects, G+12 and above projects and commercial projects

• Expert with 2D & 3D design and Prepare the Architectural deliverables for a wide range of residential and commercial projects, including production of technical reports, design briefs, specifications, drawings, schedules, contract documentation and the like.
• Project Management and Construction coordination experience.
• Supervise all activities of project and ensure compliance to all plans and specifications and identify all errors in plans and ensure optimal working of construction personnel.
• Manage and maintain accurate field notes and maintain flow of technical information and prepare comprehensive assessment reports for all turbines and generators and associate equipment.
• Oversee working of all engineering personnel and inspect all materials and assist to resolve all construction process and recommend improvement to all construction activities and ensure compliance to specifications and construction schedule and prepare all progress reports.
• A strong passion for sustainable design and innovative architectural practices.
• Self-motivation and a strong enthusiasm for architectural practice, focusing on creating innovative and functional building designs.
• Responsible for ensuring technical quality, coordination, integrity and cost effectiveness of designs produced.
• Implementation of BIM on projects when required.
• Follow design guidelines, standards, and procedures to effectively execute assigned work.
• Adhere to assigned budgets and schedules.
• Check compliance with Quality, Safety and Environment goals.

Job Specific Knowledge

• Knowledge of working on architectural projects, ensuring high-quality design and sustainability principles.
• Knowledge of British, European and International standards and other architectural practices.
• Knowledge in working over the whole lifecycle of a project including concept, FEED and Detailed Design.
• Knowledge in dealing with a variety of clients including developers, government bodies and EPC Contractors.
• Strong passion for sustainable design and innovative architectural practices.
• Competent in the use of industry software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Experienced in working with Company BIM standards complying with ISO 19650.
• Experienced in collaborating closely with other offices, interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders to meet project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Strong teamwork skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, building materials, and construction methods
• Excellent in communication both verbal and written with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience clearly
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
