Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and layouts using CAD software.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and construction documents.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings, adhering to industry standards and project specifications.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications and schedules.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for drawings.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date CAD files and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or diploma in Architectural Drafting, CAD Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an architectural draftsman.
• Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:
