Job Description

• Develop and maintain detailed architectural models in Autodesk Revit.

• Essentials: (Revit Structure, Architecture, Navisworks, BIM 360, Project Wise & AutoCAD).

• Create accurate 3D models of partition and ceiling systems.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure models meet project requirements.

• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts in collaboration with the project team.

• Review and interpret BIM Execution Plans to ensure compliance with project standards.

• Assist in the preparation of construction documents, detailed drawings and Finishing Schedules.

• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and communicate effectively with all project participants.

• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams regarding BIM processes and Revit usage.

• Develop 3D/2D dimensional models required for drawing preparation, clash reporting and presentation aligned with the project LOD requirements and modelling standards.

• Extract 3D models for clash analysis and schedule review.

• Ensure coordination of all model interfaces with designers and engineers of other disciplines.

• Ensure all Models, drawings and deliverables are checked to comply with project and company quality standards and BIM requirements.

• Prepare the engineering drawings from the model that comprises of basic arrangements, layouts, details, sections etc. Create Revit families and Perform Clash checks.

Salary will be determined based on experience.
