• Develop detailed 3D models using BIM software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD) based on architectural drawings, sketches, and specifications provided by architects and designers.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure BIM models are accurate and aligned with project requirements.
• Incorporate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) elements into architectural models and coordinate clashes to resolve conflicts.
• Generate 2D drawings, sections, and elevations from BIM models for construction documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of project presentations and visualizations using BIM for client meetings and reviews.
• Maintain and update BIM libraries, templates, and standards to ensure consistency across projects.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination meetings to identify and resolve conflicts between different building systems.
• Stay updated with industry trends, software updates, and best practices related to BIM modeling and architectural design.

• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or similar role in architectural projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building codes.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into accurate 3D models.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Certification in BIM (preferred).
