DescriptionSome critical roles for a Leading TIER 1 Buildings Main Contractor that have secured 2.1 Billion AED over the past 4 Weeks. To say that this business is ROCKING & ROLLING is an understatement! They have a number of live projects in hand and are at final negotiations on some enviable projectsIt\xe2\x80\x99s absolutely critical Tim that we bring in the right skilled professionals to help support the business at tender stage as well as live operational execution on site.We need individuals that have a clear strength within Architecture, Structures or Interior Design. We want individuals that can work in a team, communicate clearly and efficiently with clients, consultants and the supply chain.As we all know change on major projects in the UAE is often and regular. Whether its value engineering, change of materials or client change we have top be swift and agile to adapt to ensure that we stay on program and document change.Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong experience on Shop drawings , RFI\xe2\x80\x99s, material submissions , NOC\xe2\x80\x99s and design management / coordination.Client

- Senior Architectural Coordinator ( 3 Hires) \xe2\x80\x93 Ideally 10 Years experience \xe2\x80\x93 up to 20,000 AED Per Month for the right candidate
- Senior Structural Coordinator (5 Hires) \xe2\x80\x93 Ideally 10 Years experience \xe2\x80\x93 up to 20,000 AED Per Month for the right candidate
- BIM Modeler (2 Hires ) \xe2\x80\x93 Ideally 10 Years experience \xe2\x80\x93 up to 20,000 AED Per Month for the right candidate
- CAD Draughtsman (4 Hires ) \xe2\x80\x93 Ideally 5 Years experience \xe2\x80\x93 up to 10,000 AED Per Month for the right candidate
- You must be based in the UAE before applying
- Up to date word formatted CV with clear scopes , contract values , contact details and project information
- Software experience handling \xe2\x80\x93 REVIT / AUTOCAD / NAVISCAD
- Must have held relevant experience for a reputable Main Contractor in such a post
- The CV will show loyalty and success of full life cycles , not 6 career moves in 6 years as this isn\xe2\x80\x99t what the client is seeking !
