Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural and Structural BIM Modelers to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field. We are specifically looking for candidates who can join us immediately without a notice period.

Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate 3D models of architectural and structural elements using Revit
• Ensure compliance with project standards and guidelines.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate designs into the BIM model.
• Resolve clashes and conflicts through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Conduct regular checks to maintain model accuracy and consistency.
• Address discrepancies and inconsistencies promptly.
• Generate construction documentation and schedules from the BIM model.
• Prepare deliverables for client presentations and permit submissions.
• Organize and manage BIM files and folders.
• Ensure proper version control and backup procedures.
• Provide guidance and assistance to team members on BIM software and workflows.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Explore new technologies and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with external consultants and contractors to ensure seamless integration of BIM deliverables.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary coordination meetings and data exchange.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
