Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural and Landscape Designer with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join our team. Will be responsible for creating innovative and sustainable architectural and landscape designs, ensuring that all projects meet client requirements and adhere to quality and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the implementation of architectural and landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and sustainable architectural and landscape designs for residential, commercial, and agricultural projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D renderings to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Conduct site analysis and research to integrate environmental, cultural, and functional elements into designs.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project managers to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Oversee project progress from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to design standards and project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
• Source and select appropriate materials, plants, and finishes to meet project goals.
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide expert input on architectural and landscape-related challenges during construction phases.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural and landscape design, with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of sustainable and environmentally friendly design principles.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes, environmental regulations, and construction standards.
• Exceptional creativity and attention to detail in design and execution.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectively.
