Role Description

This is a full-time Architect-interior Designer at Drealtors. You will help plan and design buildings and interior design along with the Senior Architect. In this role, you will brainstorm project ideas, prepare design and construction drawings and assist in reviewing project proposals, remaining a part of the process from conception through development.

Assisting in the creation of conceptual designs and Detail drawings (interior and exteriors)

Conducting site visits and surveys to gather relevant data for design projects.

Utilizing software tools for drafting and 3D modeling.

Participating in meetings with stakeholders to discuss project objectives.

Contributing to the development of construction documents and specifications.

Assisting in the coordination of project activities and ensuring adherence to timelines.

Qualifications

2-3 years Professional work experience

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Revit (preferred), Rhino (preferred) and adobe softwares.

Interior Design Experience

Ability to work in a team and take direction from senior architects.

Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and detailing.

Basic understanding of building codes and regulations.

Fluent English Language

Plus Points:

Arabic Fluency (advantageous, but not a must)

Villa or Hotel interior work

Rendering Capabilities

Experience in Site execution.

Experience in using AI tools like Mid Journey, Dall-E etc

Monthly salary will be at 3-4k with yearly evaluation performance bonus
