Job Summary

Reporting to the General Manager, the Supervision Architect is responsible for overseeing site activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, and maintaining quality control for various projects, including villas, hospitality, residential, commercial, and healthcare developments. The role includes managing closeout documentation, conducting snag and de-snag inspections, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project completion in line with contractual requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Quality Control

Oversee architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Implement quality control strategies to maintain high construction standards. Coordinate with contractors and site engineers to address technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Snagging & De-Snagging

Conduct snagging inspections to identify and document defects. Monitor the rectification of snags and ensure corrective actions are completed to the required standards. Verify completion of de-snagging activities before final project handover.

Closeout Documentation

Review as-built drawings and ensure all modifications are accurately documented. Prepare and compile project closeout reports, including architectural compliance records. Assist in obtaining necessary approvals and certifications for project handover.

Stakeholder & Client Coordination

Communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve site-related challenges. Attend coordination meetings and provide progress updates to relevant stakeholders. Ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum

5 years of site supervision experience

in medium-scale projects of a comparable scope and size.

Previous experience in a consultancy company in UAE.

Strong understanding of

snagging, de-snagging, and closeout documentation processes.

Proficiency in

quality control and site coordination

with multiple disciplines.
