We are seeking an Architect Sales Executive to drive sales of architectural products and services. This role involves building relationships with architects, builders, and contractors, and offering tailored solutions to meet project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Development: Generate leads, close sales, and manage relationships with architects and industry professionals.
• Product Promotion: Present and recommend architectural products based on client needs.
• Consultation: Advise clients on product specifications and integration with their projects.
• Sales Administration: Prepare quotes, track sales, and maintain CRM records.
• Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of sales experience in architecture, building materials, or construction.
• Strong understanding of architectural design or construction processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and MS Office.
