We are seeking a highly skilled and creative

Architect

to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, planning, and project management. They will be responsible for developing innovative and functional building designs that align with client requirements and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs and concepts based on client needs and project requirements. Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints using CAD software. Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to oversee project execution. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively. Present design proposals to clients and obtain necessary approvals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

Minimum 5 years of experience

in architectural design and project management. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D modeling, and rendering software

. Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations. Excellent creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

UAE experience and local authority approvals (e.g., Dubai Municipality, ADM, Trakhees) are a plus

.

Preferred Qualifications:

Membership in a professional architectural association/registered architect in Ras Al Khaimah. Experience with sustainable and green building practices (LEED certification is a plus). Previous experience working on residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects in the UAE.
